    Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?

    These glass vases are so delicate what if they are broken in transit?

    We have some special arrangements for the glass vases in our packaging. These vases are multi layered and well protected from any possible physical damages that could happen in transit.

    What if my plant is dead in transit?

    Although this is very unlikely to happen as we are sending hundreds of plants every day across the country. But in case this happens please contact our customer care service and we will replace your plant to a new fresh one not after one week of the date of receiving.

    I usually am very busy with my life how could I take care of such delicate plants?

    Although all our plants are very carefully chosen and they require least maintenance. With the care instruction card in your hand it becomes even easier to take care of them. But still we also have some range of plants which practically require zero or very less car

    Is there any guarantee or warrantee on the plants?

    We warranty that our plants are healthy and true to name at the time you take possession of them. We are sure that you realize that plants, being a perishable living organisms can’t live forever and do not come with any warranty from nature. However, Nursery Kart being a reputed brand provides a seven days replacement warranty is given if the plant received is damaged or the planter is broken at the time of receiving.

    What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged plant?

    In case you have received a defective/damaged plant we would request you to contact us immediately to our customer care number +91 8802420784 or mail and we will replace it to a new one not after one week of the date of receiving.

    How do I check the current status of my orders?

    You can check the status of your order in your Order History under My Account with your order number.

    Do I need to pay anything at the time of delivery of the item?

    No. As all your payments have been done at time you order your product except you have chosen the COD (cash on delivery) mode of payment. There will be no extra money you have to pay for the product you have ordered.

    Is it safe to order a live plant online?

    Absolutely! You need not to worry about this. There are three main reasons behind this.

    1. Our Awesome Packaging: We use a technically designed packaging for delivering our plants. It is a two layered, specially ventilated recyclable package which keeps your plant as well as the planter safe and fresh. We line the inner layer with polystyrene blocks which keeps the pot fixed and unmovable in transit.

    2. Our Awesome Courier Services: We use the best courier services in the country to insure your precious plants are delivered as quick and safe as possible.

    3. Experience Speaks: We have been sending hundreds of plants every day in the remotest of areas of the country without any flaw for a long time now.

    How do I know which plant is best for me?

    We have categorized our plants on various levels. For example for plant lovers we have Bonsais, Indoor Plants, Semi Indoor Plants and Water Plants. For people who are looking for some cultural and health significance in their plants we have Stress Buster Plants, Zodiac Plants, Feg Shui Plants, Auspicious/Lucky Plants and many more. Besides time to time we also launch occasional plants combos for Diwali, Rakhi, Christmas, mother’s day etc.

    I have no experience of having any kind of plants. How would I know how to take care of them?

    That is the beauty of the range of plants Nursery Kart have. You need not to be an expert to have these beautiful exotic plants. Just following the care instructions given to you with your plant carefully will be more than enough to take care of it. To know your plant better we suggest you to read the product description part of the plant.

    Can I return a product ordered from Nursery Kart?

    At Nursery Kart, we offer you an unconditional Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return any unopened Plant in its original packaging, for a refund.

    When and how can I cancel an order?

    You can initiate the cancellation of your order only if your order status does not change to Under Process. Once your order is under process your order can not be canceled.

    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    Yes, You will received same product. Images are for reference purposes only. Actual product may vary in shape or appearance based on climate, age, height, etc. The product is replaceable but not returnable.
